Dr. Bob
Robert M. Selig, M.D., FAAP, has been a practicing Pediatrician at Andorra Pediatrics LLC in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania since 1979.
Dr. Dan
Daniel S. Selig, M.D., FAAP, has been studying Pediatric Medicine since 2001. He joined Andorra Pediatrics LLC in July, 2008.
Lisa Higginson, CRNP
Lisa is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner focused on providing quality, evidenced-based practice, family centered care from the newborn to young adult. She has more than 20 years' experience as a pediatric nurse in the progressive care unit, pediatric intensive care unit and home care with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Lisa maintains her CRNP certification through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She has two grown children, two grandsons and a step granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, kayaking, reading, and crocheting.
Candi Selig, RN, MSN
Candi is one of our office nurses (Dr. Bob's wife and Dr. Dan’s mother). She has a Bachelor of Nursing from Temple University and a Master of Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. She has been working with Dr. Bob since 1979. Her skills and expertise in the field of Pediatrics has been a key to the success of Andorra Pediatrics LLC. Candi's job includes counseling parents on the phone, taking patient histories, and giving immunizations. She has many years of experience talking with parents on the telephone and has a keen sense of recognizing when a child is sick. Candi has a special compassion in helping parents learn the skills needed for successful parenting.
Michelle Ruth, RN, BSN
Michelle is one of our office nurses. Nurse Michelle has a Bachelor of Nursing from Temple University. She has been working at Andorra Pediatrics LLC since she graduated in 1987. Michelle is always on the run, talking with parents in the office and on the telephone, taking patient histories, giving immunizations, and drawing blood from children of all ages. She has a special expertise in helping parents with common childhood issues. Michelle helps with telephone calls after hours and her sound advice has earned her parent's trust and respect. Michelle has a kind heart and will spend the extra time necessary to put a parent's mind at ease.
Jann McMaster
Practice Administrator
Jann is the practice administrator and has been with Andorra Pediatrics LLC since 1987. Jann takes her job very seriously and has been largely responsible for keeping Andorra Pediatrics LLC a successful business. When the office gets busy, she can be found helping whoever needs extra help. All non-medical questions or problems can be directed to her. Jann helps to develop many of the office policies that keep the practice running very smoothly.
Jacque Campanella and Christine Tinneny
Front Desk
Jacque and Christine are the receptionists. They will answer the telephones, schedule appointments, and help to make your visit to Andorra Pediatrics LLC as pleasant as possible. They are all masters at helping parents and have developed an expertise in directing telephone calls to the member of our staff that can provide the most help. The receptionist’s also help patients check in and out of the office in the most efficient manner. Completing specialist referrals, retrieving records from other offices, and obtaining ED reports is also something that you can expect the front desk to help you with.
Joan White
Billing Assistant
Joan works closely with our billing company to resolve any billing issues that may occur. She spends a lot of her time speaking to insurance companies arguing on the behalf of our patients. Insurance denials are a common occurrence, and it is Joan’s job to figure out where the problem is and get it fixed. This may involve Joan speaking to families to verify insurance numbers, birthdates, spelling of a child’s name, etc. Joan will do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
