To All Our Loyal Families,

Please consider this letter as a Virtual hug, handshake and a smile from all of us at Andorra Pediatrics LLC.  We are all learning to adapt to this new world we live in.  We hope everyone has been well.  Changes are necessary to keep all of us safe and to help us all maintain our health.

Our goal is to protect your children and continue to provide the best care we can under very difficult circumstances.  We have taken many precautions in our office to lessen the possibility of spreading this invisible enemy.

Our waiting room is now empty as we do not want anyone sitting.  All toys and books have been put away for obvious safety reasons.  We have glass and Lucite partitions up in the front reception areas to protect our staff.

Doctors and Nurses/MA’s will be using masks and gloves when examining your child and giving immunizations.

In an effort to protect our staff and your family, we are requesting your help with the following guidelines:

*****Our office is requiring you come wearing a Mask covering your Mouth and Nose before entering this office (children over 2 years old when possible).  This will prevent you and your child from spreading CoVid-19 virus to others (if you are an Asymptomatic Carrier- meaning you have no symptoms but are still contagious).

*****Please call from your car when you arrive.  Wait in your car until we call you to come to the front door.  You will be met at the front door and your forehead temperature will be taken with a Touchless Thermometer. We ask that you use the Hand sanitizer in the entrance way. You will then be taken back to an exam room.

****Upon completion of your visit, you will be given an appointment slip to indicate when your next appointment will be. Please take this to the front reception area and you will be able to make your next appointment before leaving.   Any paperwork or referrals will be set up on the phone and referrals will be sent electronically. Any forms will be completed and uploaded to your child's portal.

Please be sure you are set up with our Portal system. Please contact our office to get the information you need to sign up. We will be able to send you messages or upload any forms you need completed.

*****Bathrooms have hand soap sanitizers available for your use.

Together, we will all get through this difficult time and all stay healthy.
