Scheduling Well Appointments
- All visits are by appointment. Routine well exams can be made by calling during office hours.
- Newborns are first seen 3-5 days after discharge from the hospital and then 1-2 weeks later for a weight check.
- The next check-up is at 6 weeks of age, when the first immunizations will be given.
- Check-ups are then every month until 6 months of age, then every 3 months until 15 months of age, and then at 2 years of age.
- After two years of age, well exams are recommended yearly.
- We see patients up to the age of 20 years.
Scheduling Sick Appointments
- Time is set aside each day for sick or injured children.
- Please call as early in the day as possible so we can schedule a convenient time.
